888 POKER

The fundamental theorem is stated in common language, but its formulation is based on the mathematical reasoning. Each decision which is made in the poker can be analyzed in terms of concept of value envisaged. The value envisaged expresses the average profit of a decision if the decision is made a great number of times.

The correct decision to make in a given situation is the decision which has the greatest value envisaged. (although sometimes it is correct not to choose this decision for the larger goal of long-term disappointment.) If you could see the charts of all your adversaries, you could always calculate the correct decision with the mathematical certainty. (it is certainly head-towards the top true, but is not always true in pots in multi-manner.) Less you deviate of these correct decisions, best the your results of long term. It is the mathematical expression of the fundamental theorem.

The fundamental theorem of the poker applies to all head-towards the top of the decisions, but it does not apply to all the decisions in multi-manner. It is because each adversary of a player can make an incorrect decision, but "the group decision" of all the adversaries works against the player. This type of situation occurs most of the time in the coward-passive plays, when a player has a strong hand, but several adversaries drive out with draws. Sometimes such a situation indicated under the name of implicit complicity. The experts are in disagreement on the prevalence of the implicit plays in complicity in particular, as well as the point to which implicit complicity could be unethical.
